One conclusion of the seminar from my perspective as a teacher, that the scientific treatment of topics from the tension and Internet policy is to try to be as fast as the subject area to develop even further. What is clear is that the digitization of the political sphere progresses and brings a new potentials and challenges for citizens, policy and science with it.
